		<description>When I was thinking about culture, I wasn&#039;t sure if it was a result of a social security net that a country develops a thrifty culture or not? What happens when a country grows wealthy and develops a social security net, will the people then be slightly less thrifty and more prone to consume? I think that will happen, it may take a few years, but it will happen. 
Peer pressure is certainly something that plays an important role and I should include that in my post.</description>
