You should have mentioned the risk of delay due to land acquisition for the project and also for the mines from where the coal procurement is planned. in chhattisgarh tribal movements are very strong and and tribals may oppose the project. Tata’s Lohandiguda project in Chhattisgarh has not yet started. many such examples can be cited.
