Hi A L, They do not allow that.

I didn’t find that on their website, so I gave a call to their customer support (since this questions has been asked in emails earlier) and they told me they don’t allow you to buy a gift card with another one.

Hi,

Would you know if Target allows buying gift cards using a gift card? I have a large Target GC denomination and would like to break it up into smaller ones.

I read that in general stores don’t allow buying GCs with GCs, but couldn’t find if that also applies to Target.

If they do have that restrictions, did anybody try asking the Customer Service in the store to break up a large GC into smaller GCs and was successful?

Certainly very good information but why to purchase a gift card when lots of places are there where you can win those for free !
